Deliveries where possible will be posted on the day of purchase via Royal Mail. All purchase should be received within 5 working days unless contacted. Delivery prices will be calculated at the check out Standard delivery for UK and Ireland.

We will only use information given at the time of ordering, or when making an enquiry, or by whatever means collected lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not pass your personal information on to third parties. When you register details with us, place an order, or access account details, we use a secure server.  The information collected will be used to occasionally let you know of any offers, sales or promotions that Plucky Pheasant are carrying out. If you wish not to receive such information please let us know via email.  

Returns & Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with the original label and packaging and proof of purchase within 28 days.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
